The Siemens click Dome series is a closed dome fitting that fits Siemens, Signia and Rextone brand hearing aids. The adapter is attached to the earpiece by pressing on the earpiece. It is soft and comfortable to wear on the ear. Replacing the adapter is part of the maintenance of the hearing aid and the adapter should be replaced when necessary.

A closed dropper is tighter in the ear and does not squeak as easily as an open dropper. The strongest feature of a closed tip is the amplification of low sounds. A closed tip amplifies low sounds more than an open tip. We recommend that you always discuss with your audiologist before changing the model of the drip, as the model depends very much on the person's hearing.
