Removal of the wax plug: 1-2 presses in the ear canal daily for 3-4 days. If the plug does not come out on its own, an ear irrigation is needed.
Prevention: 1-2 presses once a week in both ears.

Keep the bottle upright. The first few times you use the spray, you may need to press 20-30 times to get the oil to flow normally.
Make sure the spray nozzle (fitting) is clean and in place - do not push the nozzle too far into the ear canal.
Pull the ear back and outwards and spray 1-2 presses into the ear canal.
Wipe off any excess oil from the outside of the ear to avoid staining.
