Note! The date of manufacture may be visible on the packaging. The drops can be used for several years after manufacture, as long as they are stored in their own sealed packaging.

Why is a tip important?

The right type of fitting, or drop, makes all the difference to the performance of your hearing aid:

The size and model of the tip is determined by the type of hearing aid, the size of the ear canal and the hearing loss. The hearing care professional usually determines the correct fit at the time of fitting, and this information is often found in the user manual or fitting papers.

Use and maintenance

• Interchange interval: at least once a month, or more often if the drip becomes dirty or the sound changes

• Cleaning: wipe daily, for example with a cleaning cloth

Replacement instructions:

1. Hold the earpiece and gently pull the old tip away from the edge to remove it.

2. Insert the new drop into the earpiece from the middle to the base.

3. Press firmly to ensure that the drop is firmly in place.
